• How to latch baby, recognize a good latch, and what to do if there are issues
• Expressing colostrum in the first few days, and why it is perfect for your newborn
• Relieving engorgement when your milk comes in
• How family and partners can best help breastfeeding moms

• What to expect in the first hours and days after baby arrives
• Pumps and how to determine which kind of pump will best suit your needs
