Benefits of Independent Contract work:

Work when you want. Take the work you want, leave the work you don't. When contracts are available I send out the work the client is looking for and you let me know if you are interested. The other way this works is, you can send me your availability and I will try to fill open spaces on your schedule!

No business fuss. Because it is contract work, your part is easy: work your shift, send your invoice, and get paid. You don't have to worry about client invoices, websites, marketing, or other mundane business tasks.

Fair Compensation. While I'm not certain about other agency compensation, my contractors usually make $27-$30 per hour depending on the client's contract. I also give referral bonuses if you refer clients to the business!
